sweet relief

cut down on my hours at walgreens and now i actually have time for things...whew...it was rough workin there...and im goin home tonight to reassure my parents that i did in fact survive it all right. ha. mom was quite concerned that i would work myself away.

but since then...i've become rather attached to this hat...oh and i have a new perfume! it's called daisy.

and i've tried out some new eye liner...the test was to see if it would last the night...and bingo it did! it's the clinique gel eye liner.
also, we had small group at kayla's apartment this time...and im in love with their wall
and clarkin joined our small group!! whoot! so excited!!!!

oh and had some lasagna...

it was her night to cook wednesday
finally got spend time with katie keith yesterday. hooray =] and we actually accomplished some reading for school! imagine that! AND we were on her comy bed and i did not fall asleep! well...i did at first...but she woke me up...AND prior to that she had to lure me out of bed with chocolate cake and ice cream and fudge...haha uh...no im not lazy.

oh brittany told me about a fondue place in downtown greenville that i def want to check out! and it's 5 dollars off on wednesdays. also, im starting to think i should spend my 21st in downtown greenville haha.

a weekend at the wall

tigers won! whoot....i was working throughout that entire game though...that picture is from last year. so i really dont have anything fun or exciting to talk about, since i worked all weekend long...it was rough...thursday night after work i sat on a bench for an hour because i left my key in my backpack and had to wait for someone to come home...ended up taking a nap in my car. ha. gosh, yea that was the worst of my weekend. but...so i guess i'll talk about work then. it's all i got!

its been extra crazy and busy due to flu shots...walgreens in seneca has walk in hours between 10-4 everyday for the rest of the month. and those hours...its like the zoo, cuz not only are we trying to fill all the prescriptions we normally have to fill while dealing with insurance and angry patients, but we are also trying to take care of all the people coming in for flu shots. awesome.
very exciting experience...NOT....i witnessed some potential drug busts though, i suppose that was actually exciting...i prolly shouldnt talk about that on a public blog haha.

yesterday on break i went to chickfila for break and there were a bunch of little girls at a party all dressed up and they had someone playing disney songs on the violin for em. i wanted to join in the well mannered frivolity. but alas had to return to work, where my coworker told me that her daughter is in potty training stages but has diarhea right now and is so upset that she cant quite make it to the bathroom...and that her daughter was at chickfila when i was.

and i def saw some little girl run towards the bathroom.

oh later on in my shift some girl came by selling world's finest chocolate bars. remember those? i remember selling them in high school...they are so delicious...i was always afraid i'd wake up with empty wrappers all around me.

so of course i bought some.

i got my flu shot yesterday. you get these stickers that say i got my flu shot for (insert name). i picked copper. haha.
so this weekend if i wasnt working i was lounging around and being lazy...

and yep, those green leprechaun looking pants are def my lady bishops basketball pants from freshman year of high school...they're a lil smug.

so...yea. oh but i did randomly get inspired to finally finish putting music to one of my songs.
and melanie came back today bearing SMASH! well, it wasnt the kind i had in norway but it was still good!

ok, well, this person's got a physics test tuesday so i need to study...by study i mean go stare at the tv some more =]

rachel comes up tomorrow night! i almost forgot! well thats something about a monday to look forward to then.

it's been an off day for me...sorry to those who had to witness it. =/

but photography class made me feel a little better. we had to take pics of each other...

it was rainy for a lot of the beginning of today. i normally love the rain. but today it just sort of added to my mood...but of course i went and jumped in a puddle.

well...much work to accomplish...feeling slightly overwhelmed...must never put off doing things ever again...

off to memorize some powerpoint slides...while listenin to the soundtrack of sorority row. guilty pleasure. listened to it while walking to campus. made me wanna dance all the way to class. it took great effort to focus on NOT humiliating myself in public, especially since we had a dance party in the car on the way to campus...although...it really isnt beyond me to do something like that...if u see me bustin a move or two or 7 on library bridge at around 7:55 AM dont mind me...

so went to a concert in atl with k keith! and truth be told...
it was awesome. =]
although, i distinctly remember them playing kidzbop between bands at one point. exciting, i know.
went to see PARACHUTE. but the band that played before them, the rust, was good. and they were nice. and the singer liked him some miss katie keith ;] haha. jus messin. but he did reach out over people to hand katie a guitar pick. it was rather epic. they were pretty cool and so nice when we met them after the show. and i won the camera award! ha.

all i remember about the guy that played after the rust is that he played a song about pumpkin pie.

and parachute was pretty good live.

got a lot of pics of will cuz we were right in front of him. and katie caught johnnys drumstick when he threw it into the crowd!! and later when the band signed it he took a pic of katie with the drumstick on his phone. heck yes that happened. and i of course got asked about my camera again, and they said it looked like a sort of laser out of star wars or somethin.
and then shannon mcarthur happened to play at katie's chapter. no big. haha
oh i forgot secondhand serenade played after parachute. i had forgotten how much i liked some of their older lyrics

the other day me, katie, and lana watched the top sex scenes in the dvd's we had in the apartment. some of movies that made the cut off the top of my head:

oh and wrote the beginning of a duet with melanie! =D thrilling. haha. hopefully we'll get some headway in that soon.

and tomorrow is the christening of our new hookah! just 37 bucks! at a store to the left of spill the beans that i never knew existed until today. whooot. peach better still be there when we go back to the store tomorrow or imma throw a fit. they sell cigars and pipes and cloves, and things... and...body bars? haha

well physics tomorrow morning. hooray. also, the servant team im on is collecting old tennis shoes, if u have any you'd like to donate please let me know! we're also cleaning up the stadium after the game saturday if you feel so inclined to help us out...i'll actually be at work though so i'll be pickin up trash in spirit. and if youd like to help out with rally at the valley let me know too! i need about 10 volunteers.

hey people of the world. life has been, busy. busy with school, with work, and napping. the other day i napped for 5 hours. actually i think my heart may be acting up, im real tired lately.

doesnt help that i have physics at 8 AM with a chinese teacher who's last name is "The." and the class is sooo boring. makes me want to shoot myself in the face! he says ferris wheel like "ferri wheels", purrs at the end of "vector" and says gero for zero. so for an hr and 15 min this morning i had to sit through him purrin away and goin on and on about ferri wheels.

the other day went to visit molly at work...and how shall i wear the scarf?

and then i taught katie the C chord on the guitar! and she can play it =] look out world...
