well, not been up to much lately. lots of family time. and lots of being sickly. but i've finally started to feel better. today hung out with my cousito again. we're pretty cool ppl. check out his bubblewrap popping technique.

and of course EVERYWHERE got a shipment of snuggies in today. after we hunted like mad to find some yesterday.you know it's the holidays when pooping christmas animals emerge to take over the shelves.look at john's christmas spirit...and watch as he twirls it around like britney spearstoday i got to use a skateboard again! and i didn't die. yet. huzzah!of course cousin shows his mad skills....so i try to copy....failvera cruz always rock cool kicks

and all i can think about is breakfast in the morning.

today me and leah went downtown for a few hours. started with some teavana, then walked to the cofc library...where we essentially screamed WE DONT GO TO THIS SCHOOL AND WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE'RE DOING. always the best.

after sitting around some of the buildings pretending that we do go to cofc we grabbed some subway and headed to water front. it was quite hot today 70 degrees! we should've gone to the beach.

on the boardwalk we ran into karen ng! long time no see!! and she's got a baby on the way! yay for new life...

so i did end up watching the sing off. and noteworthy got eliminated. =[ i really liked their performances tonight! i was rather upset about it. i had to go attack the cinammon rolls as a direct result.

otay, enough. i must try to get some sleep...by falling asleep to arrested development, so really not getting sleep at all....

but i've gotta work tomorrow morning at walgreens 8-4. then pickin cousito up from practice. then tennis with dad weather permitting. maybe i wont lose in straight sets this time?! wishful thinking...

then after dinner mom and i might decorate a little bit. yay christmas spirit! and then dad wants to sing some kareoke. look out world.

watched the sing off tonight. which is a week long acapella competition on nbc. ben folds is a judge. so is a guy from boys 2 men and nicole from pussy cat dolls. i was originally gunna spend an evening with vampire diaries but was intrigued by dad's desire to watch the show. so i watched both. and now i must see who wins. ...whether i'll watch it every night of this week at 8 or not is another question...it would be slightly antisocial of me. not the antisocial variety where you have to devote 2 days to read harry potter, mind you. not quite to that degree. but at least i have something to look forward to at night, regardless if it's just a tv show. i suppose it's something me and my father can bond over. like dancing with the stars. he was all about some dancing with the stars. i want nota to win. they did jason mraz's i'm yours tonight. and a preview of tomorrow night:

back in the holy city

dear all,
my ability to stalk you via facebook has increased tenfold now that classes aren't in the way.

so i hope you don't mind, i hope you don't mind, that i put down in words...how wonderful life is now facebook's in the worrrrrld.

well, arrived home in dear charleston yesterday, amidst the annoying spitting rain. and had to unpack the car, amidst the annoying spitting rain. erlack.

but check me out, i unpacked everything out of their bags and my room is sparkly clean!! dad was very much surprised at the speed it took me to do that.

so...for the first time since my birth, we have no lights, no xmas tree, and no decorations...too much goin on for my family this time of year =/. but i think tomorrow i will surprise my padres by decorating the fireplace or something. thoughts? anyone want to come help? and maybe getting a small xmas tree. im quite poor though so the xmas tree prolly wont work out. i should've brought home my charlie brown xmas tree. it's better than nothing!

also, alas, the vera cruz bloodline has struck again. dad reminded me yesterday about the handbag company my aunt has, vera collections. they are actually pretty well known. i believe mrs obama has one, and sarah jessica parker. they are relaunching the business where it all started, in the Philippines. I think the bags are currently selling in California for roughly $300. (in case you are rich and interested)

been pretty busy lately, especially with the sem winding down. kinda starting to freak out about finals. cant wait for break to finally get here. but also...im kinda excited for a new semester too. weird?

today was rough. but thank you to all who got me through it. im ready for a new day.

i was gunna blog all about my bday but...dont feel like it. so deal. hmf. but thank you to my roomies for an awesome weekend. das all i got bout dat.

although i would like to say, to the general public, i am absolutely and irrevocably in love with KATIE KEITH!!!! she did this awesome scavenger hunt for me on my bday. =] she hid clues in balloons (i had to pop them to get each clue.) each clue was the location of the next balloon. and she went to all my fave places on campus and some!! including rollercoaster road, wendys, friends, bojangles, etc...21 balloons.
my darling, twas truly special. =]

aaaaaaaand leah nicole burton comes to clemson this fridayyyyy!!!!!! i dont think you understand how excited i am to be graced with her presence. it sucks that JMU wisks her away for most of the year. phooey. mi amour come soooooon. ive missed you so.
